Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
-
Bookings must be made through our website and paid for in full at the time of booking. By completing your payment, you confirm that you accept Pooch Lagoon’s terms and conditions.
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be used together unless we explicitly state otherwise. They apply only to new bookings made online.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking where a promotional code is considered invalid. All codes are subject to availability, may only apply to selected sessions, and can be withdrawn at any time. Only one code may be used per booking.
All bookings made using promotional offers remain subject to our cancellation policy.
-
All bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or change your session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given. Where sufficient notice is provided, you will be offered either a voucher or the option to reschedule your session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking.
If we need to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time and cannot guarantee that special requests will always be met.
-
Parking is available in the designated bays at the rear of the site. Please ensure you only use these spaces.
Each booking includes parking for one vehicle. To keep things running smoothly for all visitors, please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session and leave within 20 minutes after it ends.
-
Each session lasts 40 minutes and is strictly limited to the time booked. Sessions cannot be extended for late arrivals or early entry.
Your session time includes time to explore the lagoon, as well as entering and exiting the pool area. Please ensure you vacate promptly at the end of your slot so the next booking can begin on time.
For safety reasons, dogs will not typically be encouraged to swim for more than 20 minutes.
If you choose to enter the water with your dog, you do so at your own risk. Anyone entering the pool must be over 10 years old and at least 1.4 metres tall. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Long-sleeved T-shirts are recommended.
-
It is your responsibility to ensure that both you and your dog are fit and well enough to use the facilities. If you have any concerns, you should seek advice from a medical professional or vet before attending.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and we may request proof if needed.
Dogs must remain on a lead at all times until they are safely inside the enclosed pool area.
You must inform us at the time of booking if your dog is reactive, unsociable, or has previously shown aggressive behaviour. We may ask for further information or require the use of a muzzle.
Any dog displaying aggressive behaviour during a session may be asked to leave immediately.
Any guidance or comments offered by staff are informal and should not be considered professional advice.
You are responsible for your dog at all times during your visit.
-
Dogs must have short, well-maintained claws to prevent damage to the pool liner. Entry may be refused if claws are deemed too long or sharp.
Anyone entering the water must remove jewellery and tie back long hair.
Dogs must arrive clean. If a dog is deemed too dirty, entry may be refused and no refund will be given.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and should ensure dogs have toileted before the session. In the unlikely event of fouling in the pool, a £50 cleaning charge will apply.
All furniture and equipment must remain in place and not be removed from the pool area.
Any damage caused during your session must be paid for in full. The person who made the booking accepts responsibility for any damage identified during or immediately after their session. Written confirmation of repair costs will be provided, and payment must be made within 14 days.
-
No food or drink in or around the pool, including changing areas
No glass or breakable items permitted
No diving (Unless you have 4 legs)
Humans - Walking only—no running
